Coloring book

Is there a way to put those on a web page and allow visitors to color the picures? Would this be coded in Flash? Is there a utility that would do it for me? So, flash is definately a solution, another solution is java applet, and there is likely some fancy JS/DOM/DHMTL trickery you can use. But for the sake of simplicity, and ease of learning curve, i recomend you start with flash.. (i never ever thought i would recomend flash for anything ) Good luck..
