Outsourcing is the process by which companies hire other people to do tasks on their behalf. At the top of their outsourcing list would definitely be any Philippine Call Center, as they have proven that they are reliable and have enough knowledge of the outsourced subjects.

In my understanding, Outsourcing is gathering of projects from outside your company, in short outside clients for your company's benefit or yours.

through outsourcing we can easily contract with different another company for providing our services and that task performed by company employee. Generally outsourcing company perform that task with different option like advertise, customer care services, mail through etc.
