Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following:

I currently have a cluster of databases developed in ms access with one master node and a set of replicas. These databases are synchronized over a lan.

What would be the best implementation of such a design using a LAMP configuration - or is there a better or more efficient design that could be implemented, keeping in mind the following constraints:

1. I cannot have the facility of a local central server.
2. I do have the facility of a remote web server with php and mysql capability.

Regards,

Omair

Hi Omair,

You can make a replication setup in MySQL with multiple nodes. MySQL can easily handle your load with a single installation. What is your requirement?

Wasif
