I would suggest you to determine hosting type according to your hosting requirements, then ask web host about auto script installers such as fantastico or softaculous. You can install WordPress within a few mouse clicks with the help of these tools. FYI, you can create unlimited email accounts, but disk space is the only limitation for you.
