My server keeps going down so its time to move. However I am using PGP to encrypt email containing credit card data and would like to move to another host/server which does not have PGP. Does anyone know of another readily available encryption algorhythm that I can install myself without having root access priviledges. Or another work-a-round ???

Also, can anyone tell me which bulletin board script we're using here as I sure would like to implement similar for a client's site.
