I want to deploy e-mail surveys to private customers. I would like the survey to be in flash. I want the information submitted by the customer to enter my mysql database.

any idea on how i'd go about this

In the action attribute of the flash form you would need to have the fully qualified URL (ie http://www.yourdomain.com/process_survey.php). Then you need to send the email as html email and embed the flash in it for it to work.

The downside here is that many users only accept plain text emails or have spam blockers/filters that will rejet your email because of the flash content, so your flash/html email won't work....it might be better to provide a link in the email to the flash survey on your site. Offer a reward of some kind for takng the survey to encourage users to do so...
